Day 01 : Airport – Tana Toraja
- On arrival at Hasanuddin airport Makassar, meeting service.
- Proceed to Toraja with takes approximately 8 hours drive across Bugis Village with their typical house on poles along the magnificent mountain passes.
- Lunch will be served at seafood Restaurant in Pare-Pare, located 155 kms North of Makassar.
- Continue drive up to Toraja County side, we will stop for refreshment at erotic mountain in Enrekang.
- Afternoon arrive in Toraja, check-in Hotel dinner and overnight at hotel.
Day 02 : Toraja trekking (Keppe – Limbung )
- Breakfast at Hotel. Drop by car to the starting point of trekking.
- Trekking deep in the country side through the foot path, crossing suspension bamboo bridge and coffee plantations.
- En route you will find beautiful landscape, old traditional houses, stone graves. Afternoon arrive in Limbung, dinner and overnight at simple villager traditional house (Tongkonan) in which you will experience the life of Toraja people.
Day 03 : Toraja trekking (Limbung – Sallu - Rantepao )
- Breakfast at Limbung then trek to Sallu with a very beautiful scenery of rice fields landscape passes few traditional village. You will be picked up at Sallu to continue by car to Rantepao.
- After lunch visits hanging grave at Kete Kesu and stone grave at Lemo.
- Late afternoon, return to Hotel dinner and overnight.
Day 04 : Rafting Toraja ( B.L.D )
- Trek alongside the river, passing remote Torajan villages.
- Enter the river above Class IV rapids for a day of world class whitewater rafting.
- Lunch en route.
- Mountains tower 2,000 feet above.
- More than 20 sets of rapids end in a narrow gorge.
- Camp riverside while your Guide prepares the dinner.
Day 05 : Rafting Toraja ( B.L.D )
- A day packed with Class III and IV whitewater action, sweeping wave trains, swift technical rapids, challenging flush through and a few relaxing floats.
- Back to Rantepao for your overnight stay and dinner.
Date 09 : South Toraja tour ( B.L.D )
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Visiting : the stone grave with Tau-tau in Toraja at LEMO.
- And then continue to the royal hanging grave at SUAYA.
- Easy walking to see a tree were made as burial site for a new born-baby at KAMBIRA.
- Natural cave at LONDA made as a natural grave yard.
- The typical Toraja village at NANGGALA with 16 rice-barns as a sign of their wealthy status in Toraja community.
- Then visit the ancient house-grave at MARANTE village.
- Return to hotel and dinner.
Day 07 : Toraja - Sengkang ( B.L.D )
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Leaving Toraja Land for Sengkang with few stops on route for some interesting stuff.
- Lunch on route at local restaurant.
- Arrive in Sengkang, take a boat-trip on "TEMPE" lake to see the way of life of those who still live on their floating houses. Take a refresh while enjoying the sun-set view from this floating house.
- And with your driver and Guide, visiting the traditional silk-weaving village.
- Late afternoon Check-in the hotel and dinner.
Day 08 : Sengkang – Bira beach
- Breakfast at hotel
- Take a drive to Bira beach to enjoy the beautiful White sand beach of Bira.
- Afternoon arrive in Bira , Check in the hotel/cottage, leisure on your own.
- Dinner, Overnight.
Day 09 : Bira beach - Makassar
- Breakfast at hotel.
- Swimming or doing snorkeling around the area.
- Lunch return to hotel.
- After lunch head back to Makassar on the way visit the traditional shipbuilding at Tanah Beru or Marumasa. The local’s boat builders use old traditional techniques to craft traditional ships.
- We also try to observe the Frisky monkeys at a cave, but do not disturb them.
- Continue to Makassar to overnight in the hotel.
- Dinner at the Resort or Cottages.
Day 10 : Makassar - Airport
- After breakfast, Free at leisure
- Transfer to the airport of Makassar, for your next destination.
- End of this tour program.
