THE GATEWAY OF TANGKOKO NATURAL RESERVE
The nature reserve protects 8000 hectares of the most beautiful forested land remaining in Sulawesi. The reserve contains a full range of flora communities, including mangrove forest, beach forest, lowland forest, submountain forest and elfin cloud forest. Inhabitants are macaques, tarsiers, hornbills, Maleo birds. Various kinds of trip can be made in this park, such as 5km loop trail, 6km mountain trail, snorkeling and bird-watching in Batuangus cove and of course tarsier viewing. Near the entrance of the park you can find three basic but clean comfortable homestay.

Start - end : Manado.
Day 01 . Arrival – Check in.
- Meet with our driver and local guide.
- Drive you to Batu putih village, where we will be overnightstay.
- Batuputih Village located close to Tangkoko Natural reserve.
- Check in – Free at leisure.
- Dinner and overnight.
Day 02 . Tangkoko jungle trekking.
- Early morning trekking.
- Walking through the walk path explore the jungle beach.
- Sunrise is offer you an exotic panorama.
- Continue to the deeper site of the rain forest.
- We try to find Black Monkeys, Bear cus – cus, Hornbill birds, and wild life inside the jungle.
- Return to resort to having lunch.
- Afternoon trip is being a must of the trip for find the smallest primate over the world, with 200 grams and 15 Cm.
- Late afternoon return to the resort. Dinner & Overnight.
Day 03. Waterfalls tour.
- Early morning tours inside the jungle.
- Looking for the scenic of waterfalls in the jungle.
- On the way many kinds of animal would be seen.
- Swim and having bath in the waterfalls is possible.
- Lunch box is available on this trip.
- Afternoon return to resort and overnight.
Day 04. Fishing tour
- Early morning wake up.
- Take a boat ride to do Fishing tour.
- Traditional way of fishing is interesting fun to enjoy.
- On the way you might see the Dolphins.
- Afternoon return to the resort
- Free at leisure.
Day 05. Mt. Tangkoko trekking.
- Early morning breakfast.
- Starting to trek up of the Tangkoko Mountain.
- Enjoy the rain forest with the wild life along the trek.
- Afternoon arrive at the peak of mountain.
- On the way we can stop at some interesting places, as a crater, waterfalls and we might find some Sulawesi endemic wild life.
- Afternoon arrive at resort.
Day 06. Departure
- Breakfast at the resort.
- Early morning flights is recommended to stay overnight in Manado.
- Afternoon flights is possible to stay overnight in the resort at Tangkoko.
- End of services.
