The Resort
Luta Resort Toraja is located in the center of Rantepao at an altitude of 700 meters (2,300 feet), with view over the ricefields and mountains. While in the back of the resort flows Saddang River which will take you to the rural nature.
The resort is also close to many interesting tourism objects such as Kete'Kesu Traditional Village, Londa ancient sites, and Karassik megalith village. Toraja is synonymous with exotic natural and cultural heritage is very interesting megalithic.
The resort is easily accessible and close to various public services such as supermarkets, traditional markets, ATMs, and art centers, you will see first hand the social life of Toraja people, as trading activity. And on a particular day, once in every week there is market day. The name of market called Bolu, Luta Resort Toraja close to the Bolu Market. You will see the unique social life of Torajan while hundred of Animal such like Buffalows and pigs were traded.
Luta Resort is inspired by the minimalist architectural style of traditional houses Torajan clan. Inside however, the resort has been furnished to the highest standards to Provide the perfect blend of tradition and comfort.
With 3,500 meters area of building, Luta Toraja Resort has 36 rooms. You can choose different types of rooms such as standard, superior, deluxe, Junior suites to president suites room. Luta Resort Toraja opened summer of 2010 We are happy that our guests from all over the world are coming to explore the well known traditions and culture of Toraja.
