- Rates are net, inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable government tax (currently at 11%)
- Rates quoted are inclusive of buffet breakfast.
- Family Plan: We are allows 2 adults and 2 children in one room occupying the
existing bedding and there will be no charge for children under 12 years of age
sharing same room as parents. Children above 12 years of age are applicable as adult. - Check-in time is from 14:00 hours and Check-out time by 12:00 hours. Extension of Check-out time till 18:00 hours is half-day charge off contract rate and dependent on space availability.
- Check-out after 18:00 hours is subject to a one-night room charge at rate sold.
- A final rooming list is to be submitted to the us with flight details and any other
relevant information covering the group requirements at least seven (7) days prior to
arrival. - If any confirmed reservation is cancelled, the Hotel must receive a written notice from
the clients at least seven (7) days prior to the arrival. In the event such written
notice is not received within the time limit stated or in the event that individual or entire
group do not arrive (no-show), the Hotel shall have the prerogative to levy a one-night
room rate charge to booking agent.
